To ensure the safety and security of your account, AWA Alliance Bank will require Members to have SMS One Time Password functionality activated in order to use internet banking. Additionally Members are required to update their internet banking passwords to a minimum of 8 characters including a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols. Once you have downloaded the app and are registered for Internet Banking, you will be required to enter your member number and Internet Banking password. You will then be asked to set up a confidential PIN, Touch ID or security pattern to log into the app in the future.
To be able to access your accounts using the AWA Alliance Banking App, you must first be registered for Internet Banking. If you are not registered for Internet Banking contact our staff on 1300 056 953, email , or visit our Geelong, Mandurah or Portland branches.
Simply tap ‘Forgot Login’ and reset your PIN, Touch ID or security pattern with your Internet Banking password and member number. If you still cannot access the app after resetting your security information, contact our staff on 1300 056 953.
Should you purchase a new phone, you will need to download the app on your new phone you’re your Internet Banking password and member number. In the app on your old phone, you must de-register the app from the Manage Devices option in the Settings menu.
If you would like to remove a device from the AWA Alliance Banking App, select ‘Accounts’ and select the option ‘Manage Devices’. From there, simply swipe left on the device you no longer wish to access the app on and select ‘Remove’. Once removed, the app will no longer be accessible on that device.
